Ricco/Maresca (booth A11) presents a historic one-person booth of work by the self-taught master Martín Ramírez, who produced some 500 works while confined at DeWitt State Hospital in Auburn, CA. His rhythmic drawings and collages cross over seamlessly into the modern/contemporary arenas.This presentation will include works depicting Ramírez's iconic images of arches, trains, tunnels, and caballeros--all motifs that were honored with 5 USPS® Forever Stamps in 2015.
