Located in downtown Felsenbad, Rocaterrania’s second most populous city, Lou Holtz’s restaurant was a fine dining establishment housing a tavern in its basement. A dark, dingy room behind the bar served as the secret meeting place for the Viekschorznik, the burgeoning revolutionaries who would spur the overthrow of the Imperial government, and force the abdication of Cesar Georg Nicholai.
Personal Significance:
Kuhler frequented the Thrifty Luncheonette, a Denver café owned by a generous man named Louie Campbell who provided Renaldo with discounted meal tickets, and became a close friend. Louie’s sympathy for the plights of working people inspired the name of Lou Holtz’s restaurant, a fitting establishment for clandestine meetings of revolutionaries fighting for the rights of Rocaterrania’s less privileged.
