Founded in 1996, Hayground is a thriving school that is vital to the East End community of Long Island. Students from diverse backgrounds are provided the opportunity to participate in a dynamic and progressive education, participating in powerful programs in fine arts, culinary arts, garden science, theatre, music and sports, which supplement their daily experience as writers, scientists, mathematicians, poets and historians. Hayground’s commitment to diversity is only possible through our summer camp and our generous supporters who believe a great education and powerful life of the mind should be available to all children.
