For the 2023 edition of the Outsider Art Fair, Ricco/Maresca will be presenting work by established outsider and self-taught artists (including Bill Traylor, William Hawkins, Martín Ramírez, Eddie Arning, Hiroyuki Doi, Ken Grimes) as well as works by the artists of Gugging (Günther Schützenhöfer, Leopold Strobl). This year, we will also present newly released works from the estate Siri von Reis, including works by Morton Bartlett, Minnie Evans, Bill Traylor, Frank Jones, and Adolf Wölfli. Finally, we will be showing works by Grant Wallace (our new discovery), as s well as three new artists: John Tursi (who will also have a simultaneous show at the gallery), Shane Watt, and Hydeon.
We look forward to seeing you at the fair and at our Winter Party on Friday, March 3 (6 - 9pm)—taking place at our gallery space.
